    With a dynamic career spanning 25 years, Soon Loo has led transformative initiatives across technology, finance, and government sectors from Silicon Valley to China, Singapore, and Brunei.

     

    Soon began his journey by co-founding a venture capital-backed startup during his MBA at Harvard Business School, then rose to regional VP of a Fortune 500 company, and subsequently CEO and Chairman of organizations in Asia.

     

    Currently, Soon serves on the boards of publicly listed and private companies with a combined market value exceeding one billion dollars. Most recently, he was the CEO of the Brunei Economic Development Board and a member of the APEC Business Advisory Council.

     

    Passionate about leadership development, Soon is dedicated to empowering Asia's top leaders. Through his global executive coaching practice and board roles, he supports leaders in envisioning and achieving transformative results, fostering a better world.
